Collier Resource Center (CRC) is pleased to announce it has received a $15,000 grant from the Collier Community Foundation to strengthen FY26 operating support.
CRC exists to help individuals and families navigate the maze of health and human services at a time of immediate need and distress by providing personalized case management, information, and referrals – and following up until needs are met – at no cost to the client.
These grant funds will provide general operating support, helping CRC sustain and strengthen free trilingual case management and follow-up services as well as cover essential expenses such as staff salaries, office operations, and program infrastructure. With this grant, more residents can access critical resources like housing, healthcare, food, employment, and transportation support.
“We set a 2025 goal to serve 1,800 individuals and families, and by November 30, we had already served 1,924—clear evidence of both community need and our team’s ability to deliver results,” said Ashley Jones, Executive Director of Collier Resource Center. “The Collier Community Foundation’s operating support enables us to scale responsibly by investing in the core capacity – people, processes, and infrastructure – that turns community resources into real outcomes.”
The Collier Community Foundation awards annual grants through a competitive application and review process. Selected organizations receive grant dollars from the foundation’s discretionary funds. These funds were gifted by donors who believe in the foundation’s ability to mobilize resources to address the community’s greatest needs.
