As CEO and Executive Artistic Director of The Naples Players, Bryce Alexander leads with a clear vision: to help redefine how theatres can impact their communities. Under his leadership, the organization has become one of the most active and ambitious nonprofit theatres in the country, completing a $22 million campus transformation, expanding access to arts education, and building programs that extend well beyond the stage.
Today, The Naples Players is not simply a place to attend a performance. It is a cultural hub where students, volunteers, professionals, and audiences come together to create, learn, and belong. Bryce believes theatre should be open, welcoming, and deeply connected to the people it serves.
