Perhaps we’ve met, or, if we are connecting for the first time, I wanted to share a little bit about myself. Naples has been my home since 1994, and during these past 32 years, I have set down deep roots, raised my family, and built a career serving this beautiful community along the Gulf.

If you are ready to embark on your own real estate journey, I am ready to help. Originally from upstate New York (#GoBills!), I’m a Cornell Law School graduate who was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1990. This real estate law background uniquely positions me as a skillful negotiator and a passionate advocate for my clients.

After beginning my real estate sales career with a national firm in 2000, I happily joined Downing-Frye Realty, Inc. in 2010. Founded locally in the 1960s, Downing-Frye offers a strong Southwest Florida presence and a vast global reach through its luxury affiliations. Their focus on entrepreneurial thinking and creative marketing aligns with my commitment to providing enthusiastic, well-informed, and responsive service.

Having navigated various market conditions, hurricanes, and even a cancer diagnosis seven years ago, I pride myself on being a calm, resilient, and effective resource. My career over the last 25+ years has taken me to nearly every neighborhood in Naples and Collier County; sometimes, Lee County, too. I currently have beachfront listings in the Moorings, Park Shore, and in coastal Cove Towers, with incoming listings in Aqualane Shores, The Dunes, Old Naples, and Pelican Bay, with more to come.

My legal background and extensive local experience provide my clients with a strategic and valuable perspective on both residential and commercial properties. I truly love what I do and enjoy meeting residents in the communities I serve and welcoming newcomers who are now discovering our paradise.
